This serum is all about brightening the skin and the earlier you do that the better!  Unfortunately, long after blemishes and acne have been they can leave tell-tale signs in the form of pigmentation and scarring.  This little wonder serum is perfect for visibly reducing the effects of scarring from blemishes and evening out skin tone.  Using a potent blend of vitamin C, pineapple and liquorice root extract along with gotu kola.  We have also added hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to help keep skin smooth and bright and help reduce inflammation.

Key Ingredients:

Vitamin C (sodium ascorbyl phosphate): A highly stable derivative of vitamin C. This is a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness and the swelling that comes with acne.  It also helps brighten a dull skin tone and visibly reduces discoloration. 

Niacinamide: Also known as vitamin B3, this is a great brightening agent that is effective in lightening pigmentation, keeping it hydrated as well as helping with skin cell renewal.  It can be effective for blemishes as it helps reduce inflammation.

Hyaluronic Acid: We use plant-derived hyaluronic acid.  It is also a naturally occurring substance found in our skin.  It has the capacity to attract and hold 1000x its weight in moisture.  It protects, renews and hydrates skin.

Liquorice Root Extract: Licorice Root Extract can help speed up the healing process after acne and breakouts by inhibiting the production of melanin, an amino acid responsible for pigmentation in the skin. Helping to even out skin tone.

Pineapple Fruit Extract: Derived from the core and the stem of the fruit.  It contains the enzyme 'bromelain' which is an effective exfoliant. It also contains vitamin C which helps to brighten and protect skin.

Gotu Kola: A herb grown in some regions in Asia.  It is high in antioxidants, it helps speed up the skin’s healing process and evens out skin tone.

Glycerin: A natural compound derived from vegetable oils.  Research has shown that it mimics the skin's natural moisturising factor.  It is a humectant that holds onto moisture and hydrates the skin.
