Thanks for using our online ordering system! We have received your order and will be in touch to determine availability, invoicing and if any back orders need to be raised.

The online portal does not show order history for Credit Account purchases. If you require information about historic orders, please contact the store by emailing sales@puredance.co.nz.

Shipping costs will be determined by the Pure Dance store and included on your final invoice, shipping options selected online are not final and are likely to change.

Credit Account Terms

Credit account holders are subject but not limited to the following:

Credit Period & Payment Due Date

All purchases made using an approved credit account are due for full payment by the 20th of the month following the invoice date. Payments not received by the due date may result in suspension of credit privileges and/or late fees at Pure Dance's discretion.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submission of an online order does not guarantee order acceptance, availability, or completion. All orders are subject to review and approval based on stock levels, account status, and other internal criteria.

Invoicing

An official invoice will be issued via email and included with your shipment. The invoice date will determine the payment due date.

Account Standing

Credit terms are offered based on the customer’s account status. Pure Dance reserves the right to adjust credit limits, place accounts on hold, or withdraw credit terms at any time.

Late or Non-Payment

Failure to pay by the due date may result in:

Suspension of credit facilities

Withholding of future orders

Application of late fees or interest as permitted

Collection actions if necessary

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that account details and billing information are accurate and that invoices are received. Non-receipt of an invoice does not extend payment terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Credit Account Terms.
