Subscribe and Save Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Subscribe and Save program! By subscribing, you’ll enjoy exclusive discounts, convenience, and guaranteed low shipping costs. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before subscribing to ensure you understand how our program works.

1. Subscription Options

We offer three flexible subscription options to best fit your needs:

  • Monthly Subscription: Delivered and billed every month. Enjoy a 20% discount on your order.
  • Every Other Month Subscription: Delivered and billed every two months. Enjoy a 15% discount on your order.
  • Quarterly Subscription: Delivered and billed every three months. Enjoy a 10% discount on your order.

2. Shipping

  • Minimum Shipping Fee: Regardless of your parcel size or delivery address, all subscriptions will be charged only our minimum shipping fee.
  • Store pickup is also available for subscription orders

3. Subscription Renewal and Billing

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew on the 1st day of each month within your chosen subscription cycle. For example, monthly subscriptions will renew on the 1st of each month, every other month subscriptions will renew on the 1st of every second month, and quarterly subscriptions will renew on the 1st of every third month.
  • First Order: Your first subscription order will process immediately upon checkout, unless you start your subscription after the 20th of the month. Orders started after the 20th will process at the start of the following month to avoid duplicate orders within the first 10 days.

4. Minimum Subscription Commitment

To enjoy the benefits of our Subscribe and Save program, we require the following minimum subscription commitment:

  • Monthly Subscription: Minimum of 3 months (3 cycles).
  • Every Other Month Subscription: Minimum of 6 months (3 cycles).
  • Quarterly Subscription: Minimum of 9 months (3 cycles).

Your subscription will continue automatically after the initial commitment period unless you cancel.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled. Please login to your account or contact our customer service team to process the cancellation.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on products purchased via subscription. However, if you need to return a product after the minimum subscription commitment period has ended we will issue a gift card for the product purchase value (excluding shipping costs). The gift card can be applied to future purchases.
  • Exchanges: If you’ve ordered the wrong size or if your dancer has outgrown their current gear, we’re happy to exchange items for you! However, our free shipping exchange policy does not apply to subscription orders.
  • Updating Your Subscription: If you need help updating your subscription (e.g., changing product preferences, updating shipping details, or changing subscription cycle), our team is happy to assist you. Simply login to your account or get in touch with our customer service team.

6. Program Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify the terms and conditions of our Subscribe and Save program at any time. We will notify you of any changes that may affect your subscription, so please be sure to check back periodically for updates.

7. Eligibility

  • Subscriptions are available to all customers with an active account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to subscribe.
