How to Change the Inserts

1. Pull back the heel cup inside the shoe to find the shank housing pocket.

2. Slide out the current shank insert.

3. Insert your preferred strength (Soft, Medium, or Hard) into the pocket, making sure it sits flat and secure before wearing.
